I’ve been a customer of Terminix for a long time now. We live near the water and have a lot of bugs around. Especially Aunts and Spiders. Whatever it is they use really works well keeping them away.

We were very pleased with Joshua - He is very professional, meticulous, patient and especially courteous. Suggest you redo your contract with home customers - 22 pages is too many pages - to read and understand. We almost cancelled the contract because we could not find the information that we wanted to see even after talking to your representative on the phone. The Terminix rep could not tell us where it was. (We were searching for the time frame of guarantee, etc.) Also, Terminix should not allow anyone other than Joshua to check on home inspections especially for Mice, etc in attics. We did not have a good experience with Joshua's substitute for our first home visit.
