I wasn't receiving the invoices for the job that was done monthly, so I contacted the local office in my area. I was instructed to call the 1-800 number and I called and they informed me to give them 24-48 hours to respond to the request. I received the invoices within the time by email.

I requested a termite inspection. Someone contacted me right away and the inspection was done right away. The inspector took time to look at every area inside and outside, was kind, and explained to us where the termite damage was and how they would go about treating it. The treatment was scheduled and done within a week and from what i saw, they took the necessary time to treat our house carefully and properly for termites.
Our technician is Jermichael Thomas. He always contacts us for upcoming service and works with us concerning scheduling time. He’s very polite, professional, and a hard worker! Always says to give him a call if something comes up or run out of sticky traps. Impressive to have workers who care about their work and take pride in it!
