Did not know that service was being perform on the day it was performed. Was out of town until he was finishing up. Didn't see him at all. Lucky my pets were inside.
Scheduling always seems to create an issue. I received a text message saying it was tome for the quarterly visit. I waited for the tech but he didn't show up. I called to find out the appointment was rescheduled, causing me to waste time. The next day, the tech showed up. and completed the job
Oscar is a wonderful person; he was friendly and thorough and gave me all the information I needed to have. I would like him to continue and will request him to come to our house for future inspections!!

Robert, the Technician does an excellent job, He is very meticulous …,,shows great attention to detail & in a timely manner, always explains what will be done and then explains what he did. Vet patient with the elderly, which I am one . I thoroughly appreciate his patience and mannerisms.
A young gentleman, Oscar, showed up at my door last Friday, unannounced and 3 months early for the annual inspection. He was well-groomed, had his Terminex shirt, nice pants and shoes (that were in great shape and not looking like he's worn them since high school.) I'm sorry, but I was raised by a Wonderful Father and in the Generation that dressed and acted respectfully, honestly and "not just out for the bucks." Oscar explained the neighborhood concerns, and he did his inspection that day for free. He was up in the Attic, and I asked him nicely if he could bring down my walker. My father had passed away recently, and I had been living a lone for a bit and had no physical strength to go get it myself. He was so kind. And empathetic when he found rat droppings in the Attic! Apparently, the neighbors wanted to share those too! Lol. He told me he knew of someone that could come look at my "new furry" issue immediately on Monday. I was so pleasantly impressed with Oscar, as a Terminex employee, as well as a Man working to provide for his beautiful growing family. (He showed me a picture of his adorable son❣️) I just wish every contractor, customer service associate, receptionist or front desk personnel had someone like Oscar to show off their Company with integrity, empathy and knowledge. That's how things were done in my generation, and even that of my Father's. My Dad was born in 1927 and saw the World go through many changes in his 97.5 years here on earth.
