The technician who completed our annual inspection was very respectful of my home and my family throughout our interaction and took the time to walk me through the inspection process, what he found and recommended. He was great! I wish I would have gotten his name.

I called and needed an issue addressed as quickly as possible and they stepped up to ensure it was addressed. The service rep was accommodating and took the extra time to spray every possible area.

I’m generally happy with the service provided and Michael my service guy has been very nice and listens to any concerns I have and always says to call if something needs attention between regular service. I’d give him a five star rating! [NAME REMOVED]

I was very impressed with all aspects of my annual termite inspection. The scheduling, pre-visit communications, the inspection and post-inspection communication were all excellent. The inspector was very professional and thorough. Excellent work ! This was a great experience with Terminex for me. I have been very impressed with the termite service I’ve had for 9 years. I tried the rodent control and treatment with Terminex and was not impressed with the service or the value.

Juan my service tech has 'only exhibited' the following relationship traits: -considerate day before service communications - On time visit with notification -personal consult with me before starting. -elaborate inspection of premises for possible new invasions or developments. -review of his finds and treatment execution and what to be aware of following the service and that possible contact can come from his office to offer specialized inspection for outstanding issues discovered. -Email summary of his visit and what materials were utilized in his application Very professional practices were apparent and positive results were observed... I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE TREATMENT DATE (WHICH WAS THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THE TERMINATE INFESTATION WAS FOUND) UNTIL THE SERVICE TECH WAS ON THE WAY TO THE HOUSE I WAS NOT HOME WHEN I GOT THE CALL DUE TO ANOTHER COMMENT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DATE I COULD NOT TELL WHERE HE HAD TREATED THE AREA AND I HAVE SOME UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
