Great from the start! The inspector took his time and looked at the areas of concern. Recommended the appropriate treatment and wasn’t overly aggressive with sales. He was honest in his approach and set everything up. I told him I would not be able to pay the full amount for the services. He called his supervisor to ask about a payment plan. Everything was set up and two days later, two guys came out and one took care of subterranean termite control and one took care of fire ant control on my 1 acre property. The fire ants are gone and I trust that the subterranean termites are not coming back. I’m set up for another year service to the termite bait stations and those are barely noticeable. As an added plus, termite control takes care of the pesky carpenter ants, too! All around great service and very professional.
