I've used Terminix before and was satisfied. However, when I called for service this time, it was specifically for bees and wasps. The guy came out and did the regular spray and said someone with a beesuit needed to come out. No one has come out. I could've called another company that specializes in bees and not waste money on the regular spray.

Customer Service. I requested a complete review of my bait stations, where they were located, and whether there had been any recent activity in them. Terminex sent a young man named Nate to do the review. He was running a few minutes late but called me to tell me that. I now know he was just a few minutes late because he was probably doing a very thorough job at the appointment before mine. He identified where all my stations were, upgraded a few and added a few new locations. It's people like that that ensure customer satisfaction. I'll be requesting him to do any future reviews, if necessary.

We started with a great visit from Tom. The very knowledgeable lead consultant. He gives the "bottom line." Tom never tried to sell us anything; he educated us and said, "I am here if you need me, just call." And we did! Tom made us feel comfortable and not pressured. As for the day of install... we must mention the unsurpassed technical installers, Michael and Nate. They were professional, and both had an amazing, upbeat, can-do personality. They both approached us with their hands out to shake and introduce themselves, smiling! This is unreal in any contractor assignment from our previous experience.
They even cleaned up and swept after the install.
Very smooth operation in the attic for insulation install, no propane generator used, only an AC connection! Indeed, this was a clean, well-planned project!
Terminix should be extremely pleased to have these two gentlemen as key team players, delivering excellence in every area of customer service, including full knowledge of their products and the required procedures.
We met with many insulation contractors and companies. They failed on all aspects of customer service; they just wanted the money.
