I had a great first experience. My Terminix person, Joshua was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. I knew when he was gonna be here because of the tracker, which was extremely helpful.
The technician listened to our concerns and took necessary treatment to alleviate the problem for the future. He also stated that if any concerns or other problems occur to call the office and he will come out again. Our technician was professional and pleasant.
James is my technician and it is apparent that he loves his job. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I trust him to not just do his job but take care of my property as if it were his own.
I've been a client for 30 years, and I've always had had great service. If I do have any "critters," a service person is sent out at a time that is convenient for me (if necessary) to handle them!

However, were I rating the Terminix call center, the rating would be it stinks. It is the habit of Terminix to announce on the day the inspector is arriving without contacting me in any way before that. This year I chose to contact Terminix to schedule. I called in January and mad an appointment for September 28. When no call and no inspector arrived on that day, again I called the Terminix call center only to be told that I could not have made an appointment in January since appointments are not made that far in advance.
What happened to customer consideration?
