I have the regular pest protection from Terminex. The main reason I am so happy with my service is because of my technician. Always right on schedule and asks if there are any concerns he can address during his visit. My home has been pest free for over two years and that peace of mind is worth the price. Terminex has always put my wants and needs first. They always answer my calls when I need to talk to someone. They are reasonably priced for the results I get. They are very good at sticking to the schedule. They always inform me before they come out. They always follow up their treatment with a review and survey. I have no complaints about them in any way. Oh, and they also throw in extra treatment if I need more protection than just the scheduled treatments. Also, I have the same technician every time I receive treatment so I can put a face to the company. I am completely satisfied with my service.

Jose does an amazing job. He is great at communicating with us. His visits are extremely pleasant, always professional and we almost never have a live bug in our house. He’s the best we’ve ever had. We would recommend Jose to anyone!

My technician Mr. jewelles was awesome. He walked me through everything.m that I needed to do prior to the appointment and what he was going to do for treatment. He was very informative. I felt like I was in great hands. Terminix process from over the phone to the initial appointment was a 10/10 experience.
