Terminix inspectors have been knowledgeable and generally accommodating to my schedule, including our latest inspection by Shannon on May 5. Having paid (for about 35 years) to keep our termite protection plan in force, I'd like to think that the scheduled cost estimate for updating the efficacy of Terminix's original treatment at our house will be very reasonable, if not at no additional charge to us. That would ensure our continued confidence in and reliance on Terminix for our termite control service.

I have always had great service with Terminix! The service people have always been friendly and listened to any concerns if I had any. I have not had any pests inside my house and they only service the outside per my request. I find dead bugs outside I know their products work.
