Shannon Hite called to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late which was very nice, I feel like most people would just show up when they show up. He was very professional and explained everything in a manner I could easily follow and understand. When I asked about the termite traps around the house he got on the phone with his boss to confirm if it had been done and then installed them quickly with a smile on his face. 10/10 service.
