I had Terminex in Florida that coved my house and when I got termites and it did damage they replaced what it damage with no problem. I took over the termite plan the people had on the house I bought here in Tennessee and I got damage and all they did is come treat where they were but would not replace any of the damage. That's crazy to me. So even though it cost me a lot more to move to Terminex because I had existing termites for the first year, they dropped the price after a year to same cost I was paying the other company. Now I know if I was to get termites again and they damaged my property Terminex stands beside their work. In Florida after they fixed the damage they never went up on the price and it happened 2 times. Highly recommend them.

When the gentleman came out to get us to sign up for Terminix, he said they could reach the top of our house to get a nest. When they came to spray they said they didn't have anything that could reach that high. The employee that came was very nice and actually came back to spray inside and in the room avove the garage.

The people who came to remove and replace insulation and provide other remedies to crawl space were professional, prompt and diligent in making the necessary repairs/replacements in a timely manner.

I have used Terminix for over 30 years. I am getting harassed about my bill. I pay when I get my check on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. I have never beat you out of a payment and I never will. Thank you

The service that I receive from Terminix is always well done and the people who perform the service are very polite, informative and helpful. My most recent experience was with Shannon Hite who was here on June 5th to inspect my termite traps and to do an overall inspection. He was very nice, very patient and clearly explained what he was doing and how the various termite traps that I have function. I really appreciated his time and assistance.
