My inquiries were responded to quickly. Estimates were sent the same day. Workers installed the screens in an immaculate way. They look very good, done neatly and we have received compliments already.

All of the technicians to date have provided top notch service. Our current technician, Winston Pumaras, is continuing to do just that as well. Winston is prompt, polite and takes time to explain what he will do and provides a quick summary of the inspection results and any corrective action taken. It's very reassuring to know our home is well cared for by the hometown Terminix team.

Great communication, we received a text message a day in advance confirming availability, date and time frame for service. Winston showed up on time and discussed treatment plan and any concerns.
