I have had the same technician since I moved into this house 4 yrs ago. Edgar’s is especially attentive to my home and any issues I share with him. He is pleasant and always communicates with me about any of his concerns in addition to his normal reporting regarding his visits here. When I do have an issue that pops up outside of my regular treatments the Terminix representatives have been helpful in getting a technician to me quickly.
