I am a returning customer, your service has always been wonderful, and I do need to mention Derek was amazing, he went above and beyond with our service, is possible we would like to keep him this season.
We had Terminix services when we lived in Texas near Houston and received excellent services so when we needed services in our new house we naturaly contacted Terminix and once again received excellent services.
Because of my technician Jeffrey Nichols. I used to be on [FIRST NAME REMOVED] Williams route and he was awful and lazy. I requested a new technician and if it weren’t for Jeffrey, I would’ve cancelled my service.
Our tech didn’t realize he was to check our bait stations. He thought he was only replacing 2 stations. He went ahead and checked all of them. He was very nice about it and accommodating. Usually I am notified about the stations being checked. My payment was made before they were checked. I had to call and set up an appointment. In the end it all worked out.
Our Terminix tech Jeffrey Nichols is 10 stars - great to work with.
Terminix pricing is a bit high. Also, we were under the impression that we had termite protection so when termites were found recently and that was not covered in our plan, we were not super happy.
Terminix rep Cameron Caskey came to do the quarterly service. He was friendly and told me what he was going to do. He was very cordial and told me what he found and will take care of it. I would say he is an asset to your Terminix team. Hope the company rewards an employee that goes the extra mile as Cameron does.
