I trust Terminix; however, even in today's inflationary environment, I feel that the monthly & quarterly charges are too high and they are going up the first of June. I am a widow on a limited income (all of us are limited when you consider everything) and I cannot keep up with the increasing expense.

The reason for not rating the company higher is because in the past there was a problem with billing. I received the bill and the next day I received a late notice on my payment. My check then was processed and showed up on my account at the bank and still I was called about a late payment. Your system of sending bill and processing of payments needs help.
