Agent notified day before to remind us of appointment and again morning of appointment to tell us he was on his way. Once here, he greeted me, made the interior inspection with shoe covers! Once outside, he pointed out any area he thought might present future trouble and asked if I had any questions! We talked and visited about non Termite topics and he seemed like we were his only customer in the world!
