Jason Smith provided pest control service at our home on Tuesday, August 26. He was thorough and found the entry point for the ants that we have been plagued with. We also showed him a video and photos of larvae/maggots that we found throughout our great room (living, dining and kitchen areas). He believed they were moths. The next day we were overtaken with flies. So we believe the maggots were from flies and not moths. Jason's assessment was very clear and we appreciate the time that he took to determine the source of the ants. Big mahalo to him for his efforts on our behalf.

Our representative is very attentive and acts according to what he finds/what we tell him. We found ants in the kitchen before this last visit so Stefan quickly took action - he left us with multiple ant baits, sprayed inside in more places than where we found the ants and told us to keep in contact. I actually took a picture this morning and sent him proof that his baits were working! He also reworked ant baits into roach baits to make sure that the work we've done to keep the cockroaches away can continue. Thank you, Stefan, for going above and beyond!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Terminix. From the initial appointment to the actual termite preventative and pest control treatments, of our new home, the agent and employees were highly professional, very personable, and patient in their explanations of the treatments, etc. We will definitely recommend Terminix to our friends and family.

Primarily because of the technician we currently have. His communication is excellent. He is a pleasure to work with and answers all questions professionally, as well as, listens to our concerns about pet allergies to prior chemicals used. The Terminix initiation was rocky and the sales people were horrible. But for our prior experience with Terminex in other states, we would've not hired Terminix.
