I was impressed with the level of service on our recent visit. We had a drywood liquid inspection service on 3/20 and the tech was super thorough. Much better than a previous tech who did the same service the time before. He was careful to look through all the house including the attic. He carefully inspected all the cabinets. I was very impressed. I'm sorry I've forgotten the tech's name. We also have a very good tech who comes to do the spraying for fire ants on a quarterly basis. Shadan Aoki is also an excellent tech and very conscientious.

Tech showed up in the scheduled time. Took the time and effort to listen to my concerns and answered any questions that was asked. Quickly found a live infestation and spot treated, but will put in the recommendation for fumigation. Thoroughly went about the exterior noting damage that was probably old termite damage but had expanded since. Proceeded into the interior of the house and also noted signs of termites but was not initially able to see a live infestation. Did spot treated here and there but still told that a fumigation was recommended.

Shane was thorough/efficient with annual inspection of the perimeter of our home (eaves for any open vents where rodents or birds may enter, etc) according to Exclusion contract with Terminix) and filing report on findings. Also with notification on arrival & accommodating our request to arrive during last hour of the time frame allotted.
