Our service technician Stephan Salmo is very dependable and does a very comprehensive job when he is here. Here took out the dead rats and has managed to keep the traps baited and eliminate the rat problem. He dewebs the houses which is really needed when he comes.

Our Terminix representative Stefan is always approachable and greets me with genuine care and interest. He is very thorough in his questions about previous issues and troubleshoots any new ones immediately. He comes on time but adjusts easily if his original window doesn't work with my schedule. He makes sure to leave ant or roach traps if necessary and is efficient when spraying or spreading product. Stefan is also friendly and easy with my dogs.

Shadan Aoki was friendly and told us what to expect.. only.. so much work for this 84 year old lady after he did his work.. to wash everything in hot water was really hard .. but I haven’t gotten a flea bite since!! So I guess I will be ready to do it again
