Since we have had Travis Carney take care of our property we are very happy. The person we had before him was in our driveway for 20 minutes and 5 minutes doing something. Travis inspects and treats the entire property and always asks me if we have any problem areas. He also has pointed out some water drainage problems we have had that affect the house structure and attract termites. As long as we have him we will continue with Terminix.

Chance/Service Tech arrived during the provided timeframe. He asked about any concerns we had and I explained them to him. He also answered several questions we had about our service. He performed the necessary work for our periodic service. He is very personable and we talked for several minutes about a variety of topics. A definite asset to your company. Thanks!
