The visits to spray are very unintrusive, they're quick, and they're friendly. My dog is a pretty good judge of character, so our technician was able to pet her without issue.

Todd/Service Tech does a great job of contacting us to advise of pending service. He asks if there are any problems. If there is/are, he explains what he can do and gives tips on what we can do. He addresses the problem(s) and we have never had to call for a return trip. Todd is prompt, personable and very courteous. He recently explained to us about the tock and mosquito treatment offered by Terminix. We opted to try it and see what results it yields. Thanks!
