Josh is GREAT. I always look forward to seeing him. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. He always ask if everything is ok and if I have any concerns. I have not had any bug or spider in my home since Terminix first started treating my home, which is around 10 years, now. Josh sprays outside and nothing comes inside. Love Josh and Terminix,

The reason that I gave that score. Because Mr. Earnest sent me text that saying that he was on his way for my appointment with Terminix. He came and started his survey. He surveyed attentively. He checked all 18 baites. And replaced the top on 2 of those baites. All baites were in very good condition and I was extremely happy in reference to his findings..... He was friendly and kind, and skilled. Your company is blessed to have Mr. Earnest on your team. Thank you Ms Helen Franklin

The technician was very professional. He explained what he was looking for each trap located around the house. Made an update to one and identified one that was not inthe correct

You check the bait traps on schedule, you spray areas around the house and yard. That protection seems to prevent termites from attacking the property.
