good work with the treatment ;only complaint is the report states that the crawlspace was not accessable. i would have shown the crew the entry if they had asked. their objective seemed to be the perimeter treatnent.

Someone changed my appointment to another day without notifying me…. I had specifically told them I needed it sprayed but not on day my company arrived Which is when it was switched to…. Plus I was not notified about the switch I am not happy with this at all…

Exterminating appears to be helpful in keeping away all pests - with the exception of ants that are continuous! and mosquitos which I know are not covered with regular treatment. Samuel Taylor, service tech, was professional and courteous and replied with helpful information to any questions. Not a 10 because you'd have to lower prices to get a 10!
