Technicians always call before they come. They are efficient and professional. We have had no problems with pests. When problems have arisen in the past, Terminex was quick to respond and took care of the problem.

Charlie always gives me a phone call ahead of service. He's thorough and if I have any problems between Service I can just call him and he will address it. I will however add that the pricing has gone way out of site. We're retired and I'm not sure how many more price hikes we can take.
