a terminix man came over from the sulphur la office . my problem was and still is little black flies. he took care of the problem for a few days but these little black flies are still coming around in my bathroom mainly. i have no idea where they are coming from the only thing is they coming up threw the lines from my septic which is directly behind my bathroom window. what can be done further and i dont have an idea on what more you can do. thank you mr dot

My agreement with Terminix was that I would receive a bill in the mail for which I would write a chieck and mail each month. Instead, my bill was drafted from my checking account. One of your agents tried to go behind my back and asked my banker to extend my contract 13 months beyond my contract. Of course, she would not do that. I had no service other than I came home and one of your technician was getting in his truck to leave. He said he had checked my traps and there was no problem. He could not have done this because my back yard is fully secured and he would be considered trespassing had he actually entered my back yard without a person 18 years or older being here as per the rules stated during the signing of the contract. The treatment I received was totally unprofessional and NO I will not recommend Terminix.

The technician that provided our termite bait trap inspection was very thorough…I just wish your company had better communication as to when technicians are scheduled to come to my house. I never know…they just show up unannounced.
