SHANNON IS A GREAT TECHNICIAN. IHE ALWAYS HAS A GOOD DISPOSITION. IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANY BUGS OUTSIDE HE DOES HIS BEST TO SOLVE THEM. HE ALWAYS KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME IF HE IS RUNNING ALITTLE LATE OR FOR ANY OTHER RESON. I WILL RATE HIM A 10+.

I've used Terminix for many many years... I never have bugs but if I did they would be right there to take care of it for me...they always let me know when they're arriving and always send me the information as to what was done ... I don't have to be home when they arrive but if I am they're always friendly and courteous

My tech is very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Always communicate and ask if I have any issues. All my past concerns have been resolved promptly and effectively.They have checked in the past I have no termites issues. Thanks!

My regular pest control tech. Mr Wesley Davidson is an outstanding representative of your company. He advises when he is near and always provides follow up on what he has completed. I did have some rodent and insulation service that was less than ideal. Timely follow-ups were not completed.
