Your technician Scott Knapp is terrific. I’ve never had an issue with his timing. Always arrives when he says he will. Gives me verbal feedback if I’m around. Always asks if I have any new problems he should look at. He is a great asset to your company. I have a completely different experience with your branch in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. Never on time. Never even close. May not even be the day the day they say they’re coming. Never ask questions. Never address any issues I may have. What a difference.

Zack is our exterminator. He has been such for several years. He is always here when he says he will be. And if we have a pest problem (ants just love the sugar water I prepare for our hummingbirds), Zach comes in between usual times to handle the problem. Great work!
