Technicians who come to apply treatments around my house are well educated and friendly. I wish the online office staff would all have the same notes on hand when adjustments to the termite billing is discussed. Recently there was a discrepancy with the annual amount I needed to pay, which was adjusted by a "manager". The billing still asked for the regular amount.

Terminix has always been dependable and reliable. I’ve been using them for 16 years and before that my family use them growing up. Anytime I need extra treatment they come out and service right away. My technician, Ken, is wonderful too.

The man that came to our house was fantastic! Ive never had or needed this service before, so I didn't know what to expect. He explained it to me, answered all of my questions and was very helpful with his information. His name i believe was Buddy I believe. Because of him, I have already recommend your company to 2 friends in need of pest control.

I am a renter, however, I have always taken responsibility for exterminator services because I wanted to be sure I got what I needed when I needed it and didn't want to depend on a landlord to schedule service. Terminix has always provided me with what I need when I needed it and Jim, the technician who services my area, is excellent! I always feel confident when he has been here and not only because of his personality but because of the results.
