Response time was quick when we discovered our termite problem. They explained the process needed to eradicate the termites very well. Since this is an expensive, long-term solution process, the company has a payment plan that was helpful. Also, during the first couple years when we still had swarming, a representative always came quickly when i would freak out and call.

The web site made it easy to find the nearest office to schedule an appointment. I wanted to have a special order requiring some adjustment to the service I wanted provided. I was able to chat online and get the order to my specific needs. The options were : that I could call and speak to an agent or email and/or chat.

So very thankful for Mark Scott and his service recommendations to us after discovering termite signs in our house. My technician was very friendly and answered any & all of my questions and reassured me if I seen anything don't hesitate to call & schedule him back.
