Hayden Severe has been my Terminix staff member since my moths first appeared. He is both professional and personable, addressing each issue and examining each room, including my basement. Judging from the moth trap in my living room, which is full of dead moths, the traps are working. At Hayden's suggestion, I will be hanging some cedar moth deterrents in my bedroom closet. He is a very thorough and congenial member of the Terminix team!
