We have always been very pleased with the service. However, this time we had no prior notice our serviceman was coming. He supposedly came very early in the morning. We did not see him and only had the emailed report to confirm he was here. We would have had him do the screened in porch and garage had we known he was here.
Prompt service, the inspector offered to come earlier than I had scheduled which worked out very well. Great explanation of results of the inspection and took the time to answer our questions regarding the biology and habits of termites and carpenter ants.
Technician was early also I believe and was able to complete the spraying and bait trap installs without difficulty. Overall a great experience with Terminix. We spoke with our realtor and the 6 year with transferrable warranty we chose will serve us well with potential buyers. Thanks!
Both Mark and Heyden could not have been more professional and personable. Each spent significant time looking for the source of the moths. Mark spoke to me about payment methods in a relaxed manner. Heyden told me that the larger amount would be charged this month, with the lower monthly amount to begin in May. As Heyden worked, he explained each procedure.
Another positive aspect is the fact that both told me that a Terminix technician is available any time moths, other insects or vermin appear.
Heyden asked me to be in touch in two weeks to report whether the moth situation has been resolved. He should be commended for his thorough and extremely polite approach to your clients.
The people who stopped by were personable, businesslike, knowledgeable and would rate an absolute 10. The hesitation...and drop down to a 9...in my scoring was simple to further see how Terminix comes though as a company.
I asked to be called when you were coming hear to check on things and got no call before coming out. I wanted to make sure all the traps were being checked because we have many around our home.
My husband spoke with the techs at the original call a year ago and also on Friday when they came and got the answers to his questions. He was very satisfied with the techs.
