They were timely and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the issues we were dealing with. The only problem was that they put a screen over the dryer vent. I understand why it was there but the screen quickly was occluded with lint. This occlusion caused the dryer to not work well. It could have been a fire hazard. My husband had to remove the screen and replace it with a dryer vent cover that allows the air to flow freely.

In office; pls work on accuracy of making better communication of appointments dates, 1 to many times my appointments where moved or changed without notice. Technicians very fast and friendly and knowledgeable in their fields
