Great service from Josh. He is always friendly. I used Terminix for at least 15 years. I received a bill and it went to my spam. I paid it the week after his visit and 3 days later I had a text and letter saying it was going to collection. That seems way over the top and I wish you didn’t treat your regular customers who Never paid late like that!
