Terminix does the job I hired them to do. They are thorough and come back as many times as required to get the job done. I have been a customer for approximately 15 years and I don’t have any pests in my house. On the few occasions that I’ve found ants inside, the technician will come in to check it out and set baits. Once he found a large nest in and around a tree near the house and he had to come back several times, but he took care of it. I have had several different techs assigned to my home over the years and all have been friendly and helpful. Prices have unfortunately risen several times over the years, but when it gets too high for my budget and I had to consider canceling the service, customer service has worked with me to get the cost back to an affordable rate for me. I appreciate that so much.
