They inspected the house inside and outside. They treated where needed.

Robert was very thorough and knowledgeable. We had a bed bug problem and he checked all areas they could be hiding and treated those areas. He also put a mattress cover on the bed that was mostly affected. I am no longer getting bit. He will be out again this week to do a follow up to make sure they are completely gone. He explained that bed bugs are hitch hikers so you can pick them up at any hotel.

Representative Mr. Garcia was pleasant and informative. He returned the next day when we had many questions. At that time he was able to show us how to save some monies by what 'action' we took. On Saturday, the plugs for the termites were installed by the service department. This gentleman was nice and worked quietly outside finishing in a small amount of time. Neoka Apple 4/19
