My technician is very thorough. He pays attention to details. He always let's me know when to expect him and asks if I have any concerns he should know about.

The service is thorough and the reporting is comprehensive, complete with photographs if there's a problem. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because the list of Terminex services is dizzingly long. Also, you have to pay for the year ahead, not pay as-you-use.

I value receiving a text prior to my doorbell ringing, so that went well. I like that the technicians wear Uniforms with their names Labeled on them. They are all so courteous and polite and can answer any questions that I have. They work quickly and then report their findings to me personally and then provide a written report that I receive via email. I've been with Terminix a couple of years and haven't had any Pest problems. Very Happy!
