The TERMINIX, agent was punctual on his arrival, professionally dressed, demonstrated knowledge in the area of pest control, thoroughly inspected the property and verified the need for the services, confirmed our carpenter ants infestation, inside the property. He proceeded to explain the nature of his service call and the safety of the products he was using. Subsequently proceeded to check the perimeter of the house for additional pests including: wasps, black widow's webs, ants and roaches , surrounding the house, he proceeded to spray his pesticide carefully, subsequently advised us of what to expect and reassured us that within a week there will be a reevaluation of our pest control situation, in some instances more than 1 treatment is required. He provided a statement of what type of work was done, and reassured us, the Terminix company will follow through until our pest control situation gets completely resolved. He took his time, was not in a hurry, and at every moment demonstrated knowledge and professionalism. Sincerely, I will rate him as an A+, serviceman, he takes pride on his work. He demonstrated work ethics and was able to accommodate to our scheduling needs. We had a positive experience and would recommend Terminix without hesitation for pest control. We rest assured, with this company we are in good hands.
