Hi, 2 years ago you came and redid my attic insulation and did a god job eliminating the squirrel problem!! One thing was that you left the "one way" contraption for any remaining squirrels to clear out without returning. I can't speak for other Terminix providers but Steve is a great guy. He provides a great service and is always around when he says. I've had a couple extra bug issues over the past few years and he always works me into his schedule if any extra is needed.

Our service technician, Steve is really terrific. He always touches base with us in between quarterly treatments to see if we are doing okay. We also keep our yard very pollinator and wildlife friendly, plus maintain organic gardens around the house and yard and Steve is always cognizant of those areas and takes care in treating around them. We’ve not had any major issues with insects in the 6 years we’ve been here and I believe that is due to the preventative treatments.
