The technician came and did his work. The last time he was here he indicated the dehumidier unit under house was not working and that the warranty would cover another one. He turned it in to management and nothing has happened. The techician is helpful and does his work efficiently.

They supposedly wiped down all spider webs, but I went on to my front porch and there was webs everywhere. I know he had a young guy training so I am sure he will do better next time! I hate spiders!!!
