Terminix has provided me professional, reliable service for over 20 years. However, I do not like the fact that they establish appointments without contacting me. In the latest case, I was contacted the night before the day they planned the periodic termite inspection. I told the person that called I would not be available to give the technician access to my house/basement and I preferred an inspection inside and out. Nonetheless, the inspector came to my home the next day when no one was home, did a six minute walk around the perimeter and departed. Despite my request to not schedule inspections without coordinating with me, the company continues to come on their schedule regardless of whether I am available to allow access to the interior of my home/basement.

Toufic was wonderful! We really appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness. The only issue we had was with the automated messages from Terminix. They confused the arrival time (this is no fault of Toufic!)

Our service technician was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He did not mind answering questions and providing information throughout the duration of the initial visit. Prior to his departure, he provided us with his business card and let us know he would be back out to re-treat any problem areas (ants) if we noticed them come back after the initial visit. I contacted him 24 hours after our initial visit to let him know we still had ants in the kitchen. He returned the next morning with a higher grade chemical and took his time determining where they were coming from. After finding what was likely the entry point, he directly applied the chemical. We have not had a return ant since and it has been a week!!

My pest control guy, Ibrahim Bugara, is excellent! He's responsive, professional, always does his best to solve my problems and communicates between me and management. Termite inspection and treatment was done on 8 July 2025 with no notice. I was unavailable so not even sure he was at the correct house.

Saul Adams has been coming to my home for years and always ask if we have any issues inside the home. If not he takes care of the outside of the home. He is always professional and addresses any issues we have on the outside of the home. Thank you for the wonderful service in keeping our house bug free!
