I'm giving you this score because of my service technician, Mr. Bacalso. Of all the technicians that I have had, he is far and away the most attentive and knowledgeable. He always treats my exterior well. It's very rare that I will see an insect inside my home that has breached his pesticide barrier. He also makes himself available between my quarterly visits and will come to my house if I have a concern that needs immediate attention. The last time he was here was because I called him. Even at that visit, he took a call from another customer who wanted to follow up with him. He's an excellent employee and should be recognized for his work. Technician was excellent. He called the day before and we confirmed an early visit meeting both our needs. He inspected in the house and in the crawl space. Very efficient and well-spoken. He knows his stuff and can explain it welle.

Terminix and more specifically Rual always calls ahead to let me know when they will be coming by. It provides good lead time to ensure someone is there to let him into the fenced in backyard area. I truly appreciate the professionalism and great attitude.

Npha Sesay, who comes every quarter to perform the exterior pest control services, and any indoor ones I might find, is a thorough professional with very friendly customer service approach to his job. He makes sure to replace the pest glue traps at the entry to and interior corners of the garage. He always reminds me to contact him at anytime between visits if I have a pest problem and he will attend to it right away. Mr. Sesay is an outstanding Terminix professional,
