Having Matt stop by to address our insect issues is always a welcome event. He is extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. We enjoy his visits.
Our family only stays with Terminix because of our awesome technician, Christopher! Otherwise the rest of the company is just awful. Christopher was on vacation and instructed me to call the local office and I was immediately transferred to a call center. It was a complicated conversation with very specific instructions and so the agent said that someone would call me back in 2-3 days. I received NO call. So when I called again 5 days later, it was yet another headache of a phone call. Having a phone call returned should not be this complicated; setting up a retreatment appointment when my regular technician is on vacation should not be this complicated. Again, the ONLY reason our family stays with Terminix is because of Chris!
Chris was a great service guy. Had a few questions - he gave straightforward and real answers. He went above and beyond to explain things. He even came and did service in the garage and then in the basement as well for us.
The work was fine. Finding an on-line method of reaching the regular service rep or a contact at the company to schedule the work required a phone call to the company and a text back from the company to me when the work was convenient for the scheduler. It did offer me an option top start the phone process over again, if their first date was not convenient for me. I accepted the offered date.
This could not have been more cumbersome if cumbersome had been the goal.
For the most part you are dependable. Most recently my annual inspection was scheduled and I waited for the tech. The tech did not arrive as scheduled and I was not advised. Then, Terminix did not reach out to me to reschedule. I had to do so.
