Chris worked very hard for over an hour inspecting everything all around. He was very polite, courteous and professional. My only problem with your company is on Wednesday a Brian called and said he would be here between 10:00 a.m. and noon the next day. So, when Chris rang the doorbell around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, I felt all was good. Chris worked very hard to inspect our property. Then later that day, this Brian called again and said he would be here tomorrow (Friday) between 10:00 a.m. and noon for the inspection. When I told him Chris had just left and the inspection was done, he was surprised. This is the second time we had something like this happen, very strange indeed.

Due to reliable and exceptional service received by Gene Daniels since 2001. I would highly reccomend Terminix for bug control. Gene always called before out appointment and was trust worthy enough to enter my home when I was not there. I will miss him sorely.

Someone was sent as soon as possible and that was really nice. The bad part was I had to have someone come because roaches have been getting in the house, every day I would see a big one and chase it down and kill it.
