My technician Tori was absolutely amazing! He texted before the day he was going to come letting me know what he was going to be doing. Before he arrived that day he texted and let me know he would be arriving soon. Once he was there he called me and let me know what he had completed and gave me an opportunity to ask him questions before he left the property. I really appreciated his professionalism, his kindness, and his efficiency. He really gave me a great experience that I truly appreciate. He did such a great job that I contacted someone within the company to request that he be my regularly scheduled technician.

We were very happy with the unintrusive and professional service provided by Marquan Noah, your technician. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We have a sprawling property and he made sure he checked and sprayed everything inside and outside. We are definitely seeing a vast improvement in the insect population despite the very muggy weather. I would recommend his services to all of my friends.

First, I don't have any termites! Secondly, John has done an excellent job of getting rid of all the other pests. we had a tenant move out that brought in all his boxes from wherever he could find them. obviously, they were full of roaches/eggs. John treated the unit and garage killing them. Now I just have to haul the dead ones out the incinerator!
