Had new concrete poured for an addition to my patio and called to have my termite baite stations reinstalled. Tech came out put them back in the ground where they needed to be. Very friendly person and took care of the reinstall in a few minutes.

My Technician, Orlando, insured i was aware the day before he was coming, reminded me again the morning if and then let me know when he was enroute. As this is rental property for me and I live out of state, he took the time to call as well as provide written review of on site observations and recommendations. My tenant is know to be ‘wanting’ in asking for additional service. Orlando was patient and understanding which in my mind was above the call of duty but appreciated by me. I am a tenured customer and have had different techs service this property. I must say that the Memphis Office for Terminix represents the brand very well. I thank you fir the continued excellence.
