The tech Derek Henderson is always so helpful and a pleasure when he service my home. He always asked me if there is anything else that he can do to help before he leaves and I am very comfortable with him inside of my home. My only issue is the service fee just keep going up and up. I am a senior citizen and a loyal customer since 2011 for both pest and termites and I feel that should carry some weight as to keeping the price down or some sort of discount.
