Scott Williams is so thorough, reliable, and professional. The 10 score is for him. I had a lot of trouble with appointment scheduling this year. When the first person came out, he was merely a salesman, not the Termite inspection I had requested. Hopefully it will be smoother next year.

The primary reason for a 10 is the highly professional and knowledgeable termite technician, Scott Williams. He does a thorough inspection and gets treatment when we have a termite issue.
