I had a great tech. He explained everything to me & came inside & sprayed for the first time in a couple of years. I am very unhappy with my bill. I have been with your company for 50 years & now I am having to pay $95 dollars for 4 visits. I am old & can't afford to pay this, an increase of $7.

Good Evening Terminix, Thanks for sending someone to inspect my Mom's the termite traps under the SEN Program Monitoring program. While mowing the lawn this afternoon, I've noticed that several of the caps to the bait stations are damaged, most likely to old age and the hot Mississippi summers. I can provide photos if needed. Is there a process to request new replacement caps to existing bait stations? The score is due to no termites being seen in or around the house to date. I wasn't present to meet with the inspector, so I can't comment on his conduct. Sincerely, Joe
