I decided to Terminix after talking with people about their experiences with pest control. I decided to use Terminix and have been happy with the decision. Terminix employees have been very easy to work with and they have been capably and responsive to my concerns about spiders , ants and other pests. They are professional in appearance and going about their business. I would recommend them when looking for pest management in and around your home .

The technician always tells me when he is coming ahead of time and when he is about to arrive. When I am home he always discusses how things are, I get a prompt report on what was found or not found. When I have had an issue, I always get a prompt response.

My tech Lance is awesome! He is always friendly, happy to answer my questions and taylor the service to my needs and works amazingly around my schedule and pets! I wouldn't be still with Terminix if it wasn't for him! He is always a joy to work with and very good at his job. I have considered leaving for a different company due to price multiple times, but have stayed because of the service Lance has provided, he is by far the best tech I've ever had.
