No roaches!!! The building changed the exterminator. Have been living there over 18 years!! Saw my first German roach and I called Terminix the next day. They came and set up my "bubble" of protection. I have not seen a roach nor droppings.

A score of (9) given because of some things that was done improperly, like leaving the attics open and the list of my house broom which I had just bought for inside sweeping. I have not recovered the broom nor seen it.

Both Technicians were incredible professional, efficient & easy to work with. All communication was exactly as it should have been & the job was done in one day.

Starting with my inspection, Luis (Willie) was very thorough and detailed where I was able understand and make the best decision for me and my family's home. Then, we met the most professional fumigation tech named Sherlock. Sherlock was very patient and accommodating as he navigated around items that may have been in his way. I feel he enjoys what he does, because he does it with ease and a smile. Both of these men are very professional, more importantly they pay attention to detail. I would love to have them only to service my account.
