Because of the wait time, a 4 hour window (2-5) is a long time to wait for an appointment, and then be the last hour 5:00. Then the time to service your home, more extra time past the 4 hour window.

All the technicians we have met are very professional and respectful of the property. They turn up on time. The only drawback is having to schedule weeks in advance. When we have a swarm it may be a week or more until we can get service.
