The team came out early in the morning to accommodate my schedule. The were professional and took their time to inspect the outside of my home for issues. It has been two and a half weeks since they were here, and I have not seen any recurring issues.

The Terminix Tech who comes to my house, Don Tomon, is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He knows his stuff & takes great care & pride in his work. He’s told me many times he loves his job and it shows! He’s taken time to explain how and where he exterminates for ants, spiders & mosquitoes & has made suggestions to keep away any problems (moving my firewood pile, emptying the birdbath). It’s really been a great experience having Don take care of my home.

We are very happy with the service we receive from our technician, Ryan Pinson. He is thorough, and also sprays indoors whenever it is necessary. On his most recent call, he was kind enough to offer to assist me when he saw me struggling to get our large patio umbrella from the shed in our back yard to the patio. He also lifted it up and into the table. I really appreciated his assistance. Thank you.
