I was lucky enough to be at home when my new Terminex rep came over so I was able to get the inside of my house done as well. I found a sluggish scorpion in my kitchen sink today! Good riddance! Thank you

Christopher was very helpful and friendly. He checked the termite traps and replaced the ones that needed to be replaced, especially the ones that the mowers had run over. He explained everything to me that he did.

Most of the time the technicians call or text to let me know they are scheduled to come for service. The technician for the termite service did not do that this time. I was at home, so no issues, but a heads up would have been nice. He did inform me of his findings before leaving my location, which I appreciated very much.

The date of the original work was 11-9-2023. The baits where never checked until 5-23-25. The house was checked before then, but not the baits. We could not find a couple in the front yard, according to the map. We could not find any in the back yard. The baits in the car port had not been touched,, the others that we found had some sign of activity but where okay. I had called several times to have them checked and nothing was done. The young man that came 5-23-25, just showed up. He was very nice, and look hard the ones that we couldn't find. Some else, one time when he was inspecting the house that they had metal in the lid and could be found with a metal detector. Again, he was very nice and my dog thought he was here to play with her. My termite service has been excellent, however my son’s experience with ant removal was not good. He had to call in another company.
