The Terminix person who comes to do our exclusion check ups and any repairs that are needed is Brendan. He is the reason we are very satisfied with Terminix. Christopher was very helpful and friendly. He checked the termite traps and replaced the ones that needed to be replaced, especially the ones that the mowers had run over. He explained everything to me that he did.

Most of the time the technicians call or text to let me know they are scheduled to come for service. The technician for the termite service did not do that this time. I was at home, so no issues, but a heads up would have been nice. He did inform me of his findings before leaving my location, which I appreciated very much.
