Well i will tell it like it is Mike Messner is an awesome worker. And he knows his work. But I was advised that my account was canceled. And is that I have been with Terminax for many years. Those people customer service reps need to getnit in order. I called to speak with a manager. About my account and I didn't get to speak with one. I was advised by the second rep that my is paid. What is the problem And that account is good and not canceled. Mr Mike also called on my account and the same thing. This is absolutely poor customer service. And my next step is to the next higher level manager Im one upset customer. Customer service is poor
