When the technician messaged me, we were able to set up a time to the appointment. He was very nice and professional. He completed the work and emailed the invoice with photos. The only issue I had with the whole process was that I received 2 text messages saying that I had an appointment when I never scheduled an appointment. The first time the text said the technician was on his was. I did not know he was coming so I was not home. Terminix was able to cancel the appointment and said someone would be in contact. No one ever contacted me and about a week and a half later, I received another text saying the same thing that the technician was on his way. Again, I called Terminix to cancel and they again said someone would be in contact. In the end, the technician texted me directly to set up a time and we were able to do so. The process was frustrating. I don't understand why someone could not have contacted me to see when a good time was for the appointment. Instead, appointments were scheduled without my knowledge or consent. I was disappointed.
