We had an immediate concern (which turned out not to be any sort of problem) and was able to make an appointment as a new customer in 2 days. We were very pleased with the representative. He explained our options and we signed up on the spot. A few days later our first service was provided. Both technicians were great. Explained everything they were going to do. We are very happy we chose Terminex!

Michael does an excellent job with exterior pest control and is quite responsive to our needs and understands the history of this house and yard and knows where to best apply products for maximum effect and minimum interference with children and pets. When others come, they are solid, but they do not have the historical understanding of our house and yard that Michael does which is why the rating is not a 10. Michael is a ten.
