Tanis, our technician, did a great job. He was very thorough in his investigation. He kept me informed throughout. The biggest issue I have is lack of communication as to appointment time. Tanis contacted me a few days before but I would have appreciated an email or text warning ahead of time

Terminix sent Melissa Harper out and she was very thorough in looking at everything in my attic and around the outside of the house to determine what was going on. I do appreciate the professionalism of Tevin and he does a great job. I do wish the overall scheduling was addressed as the company selects our dates and it isn't considerate of those of us who work from an office.
