Terminix is a good company. I will say the service tech did not stay on the property long enough to do a complete termite inspection and I do not think he checked all the bait stations. We have cameras and he was there less than 15 minutes.

I’ve always had Terminix since I bought my house so I can’t compare them to other companies. They have answered my questions about coverage and if their coverage inspections are accurate I believe we will be in good shape with no termites. As long as they train the inspectors to be confident in the knowledge and protection that it takes I will keep them as my insurance guarantor.
