Cole Bedsole was awesome because he called to let me know that he was headed to the property and I also received a text. As soon as he finished, I received another text letting me know that it was complete and then I received my report. Normally they have come in the past and I wouldn’t even know until I received the report, so very pleased with his promptness and being very informative.

In years past there was an inspection both inside and out. Not this year. No inside inspection was done. I received a call in early part of the week concerning an inspection for Saturday June 21, 2025. I stated I would not be home and asked for a different date. I received a message on Saturday June 21, 2025 that inspector was on his way. I was out of pocket at this time. My wife was home when inspector arrived. He only looked on the outside. My wife did not go on inspection with him outside. I usually go with inspector, inside and outside, to ask questions. Report stated inspector did inside inspection. I have been satisfied with Terminix and have mailed my payment for next year. I have to be honest when filling out the survey. Malcom Moorer the technician who came and did my yearly inspection did a great job! He was on time, personable and he had someone here within 10 minutes to change out the tops on the traps. So that was awesome that he went above and beyond to meet our concerns. Thks T. Myrick
