To be honest, I don’t know how Malcolm managed to do such a great job every single time. It’s always a joy to talk to you and how you answer all my questions. I am a single older woman and I feel comfortable in letting you come into my home thank you.

The man that came here was nice and polite ,but I asked for a 2 o'clock appmt, he was suppose to be back last week,sorry I missed him.but the next time please ask him to leave a message on the answer machine,so I know who's calling.I get calls all day from people about insurance of one kind or another.and I ignore them.
I gave this score based on past experience and the corrective course of action Terminix has agreed to take regarding our account.
The May 16, 2025 termite bond inspection failed to be advance scheduled, which would have allowed complete access to the property. Instead, a Terminix inspector came to the property, and spent five minutes (Ihave it on our security cameras) walking around the outside of the house. He did not inspect the inside, the crawl space or the wood boat house.
Today, Mat 19th, I called Terminix and expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of scheduling the inspection and with the failure to conduct a complete inspection of the property. I have been assured that a Terminix employee will contact me within 48 hours to schedule a complete inspection ---- at no extra charge to us --- to complete this year's inspection.
Note, the inspector should have completed the inspection report accurately instead of marking a crawl space as "N/A" or an inside inspection as "N/A". Both of those items should have been marked as "NO".
In the future, Terminix should contact the property owners and ask the owners to select an inspection date and ensure the presence of a property owner to allow full access to the property.
