I'm not sure if the "termite prevention treatments" by Terminix are better, or worse, than other providers. However, in 38 years here I have had three termite infestations, which Terminix has always spotted quickly, and then readily and fully paid for the needed repairs. So, in viewing Terminix as primarily "insurance against significant financial loss", they have been exemplary. In terms of the people who come to do the inspections, including the guy who just came, they are likewise exemplary . . . the Chick-Fil-A's of any home service company. Your employee training and retention must be very good.....congrats!
