Our technician is very polite and accommodating on when to come. I don’t like how the scheduling is done now. I used to get a weeks notice and I could plan around it. But now I get notified the evening before or on the same day so sometimes I have to reschedule.

I have had several positive experiences with this company. Currently, I work for the Federal Government and we utilize this company to service our building. I manage that account and I decided to utilize the same company to service my residence. The technician was informative and had excellent customer service skills. Both technicians from the initial inspection and the one who did the treatment at my home were excellent representations of this company. Mr Walter Moore explained everything he was doing and also helped educate me on termites and their habits. This is exactly why I decided to use this company. GREAT JOB!

For many years Terminix has kept my house pest free. I am especially thankful for our technician, Randall Lovvorn, who is always friendly, cheerful and professional. Randall has been coming to do our pest service for so long that I don’t even have to give him directions….he just does the job quickly and thoroughly! When I have spoken with the manager, John Tackett, he is always kind and helpful in answering any questions I might have. I tell my friends and neighbors that Terminix is the VERY BEST!!! , Nancy Sechriest
