Brandon Holcombe is the tech who has been taking care of us for the last 2 years or so. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are exceptional. So happy he is the one who does our service as he is just outstanding. He is the reason why I would highly recommend Terminix.

The technician I usually deal with, Brandon Holcomb, is thorough and very personable. Additionally I took advantage of the free inspection afforded by Terminex and met with Christian Alvarado, who is very impressive with his knowledge of insulation and other crawl space information. I will say that on the negative side, Terminex billing and scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. When Christian came to the house, he was under impression I had rodents in house and that was reason for call.

Jaffet is very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrives on time, is professional and answers any questions I have for him. Every other technician that has been here tries to pressure me into changing my plan and get me to sign up for different services. Jaffet offers the services and when I decline, he does not continue to try to pressure me into accepting. Please do not send anyone to my address other than Jaffet.
