The technician, Darin, is the best anyone could wish for. The problem with Terminix is not allowing customers, myself, to contact management nor the date processing persons. I do not get the complete reports that the tech does. He scans, identifies and transmits. I do not get them emailed to me. If I could only talk to the date processing people then we could resolve this problem.
