On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, my initial pest control service was completed by Service Technician, Robert Barr. Robert Barr was very professional and informative. He provided excellent customer service. Later in the afternoon, Pest Control Consultant, Kyle Loretto, conducted a multi-point home inspection. I felt that the consultant's inspection was thorough and that he has a good knowledge of bugs and rodents. He also provided excellent customer service. Very mannerly and personable.

The main reason was affordability. Terminix was cheaper than a smaller local competitor. I found that surprising. The second is the Technician. Dave was awesome. He was professional, personable and very thorough explaining my problem and the treatment options. He was enthusiastic and cared about fixing the problem.
