Excellent customer service from my guy. He does absolutely everything I ask of him and with Terminex if there’s an issue between services I like the fact that they come out when requested. The one thing I gave it a 94 was because I had asked for mosquito service and Lindsay called me. I missed it so she was supposed to email me and I haven’t maybe it went to my spam so maybe it’s not Lindsey’s fault Anyway I guess I don’t need mosquito service now but I did ask about aerating and detaching if y’all did that.
Have been using them for many years. Had to call back to get someone to check again for “bugs” in my kitchen. Regular service provider was prompt and helpful.
The tech advised me that he was coming to my home to conduct an outside inspection. Upon his arrival at my he informed that he going to conduct an outside inspection. Upon completion he notified me of his findings. An e-mail was sent with the results. A true professional and an asset to your company.
Our service man, Steve, always communicates with us in advance before his visits and takes good care of the issues at our home. He's very receptive and professional.

The technicians did a great job with the termite treatment but I did have a difficult time reaching the sales rep who provided the quote as I didn't catch his name or contact information. The street out front was quite noisy and it was difficult to hear when he introduced himself. I believe he did the inspection on a Thursday and I started trying to contact him the following Tuesday. Over two weeks later I finally called the Branch Chief who immediately got me in touch within five minutes. I don't know why there wasn't any follow-up but all is well now. I have been a Terminix customer for over 35 years, this was for initial treatment at my Daughter's house.
In the past two years, we have not received any notification about a technician coming to my house for the annual inspection. Then, once the inspection is complete, I receive an assessment report via email. If I was not home at the time, the technician may have set off my alarm system. I don’t blame the technician, but I do blame Terminix’s process.
I canceled my tech the day before because a severe thunderstorm was coming & I didn't want him to be out in it. He promptly showed up the next day & did his termite bait inspection. He was very polite & professional! All I ask is that Terminix gets their act together & does my service when it's due, & quit sending "payment overdue " notices when service hasn't been done yet.
