Our first contact was with Charlotte, she tracked down our technician to be sure he was still coming, running late. She was great, customer oriented, polite and really knew her job. She is a real keeper. Our technician REED,KENNDRYK was the best also. He too knew his job, left no corner not inspected and he too was very polite. I think they are both really assets to the company.
