The service technician, Kenndryk Reed, was very professional and courteous. He apologized for not being able to show up earlier in the day...between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM...when our appointment was scheduled. We talked about making any future appointments either first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon. Kenndryk was thorough in his inspection of the crawl space and the exterior of our home and took the time to explain the results to us. We didn't have a very good experience the previous year, so my husband and I hope that Kenndryk is able to return next year to perform our termite inspection. :-)
