The only reason I gave you a 10 was because of Brian,my tech. I have had Brian for years and never had a problem. Two years ago, you gave me a new rep. I don't know how many times I saw him, but it was not a lot. I had to call for service and when I got it , It was not what I was used to. I asked what happened to Brian and they told me he had another route. I was just in the process of finding a new company because of the bad service I had been receiving. when I spoke with Brian. He told me he had my route again and I told him I was just going to cancel. I said if I could have Brian I would sign up again and only for that reason. He came last week and did the great job he always does. You should have more people like him on your payroll.

I give you that score because you deserve it. Your employees are friendly considerate they know what they’re doing and they do an excellent job. They introduced themselves when they get there and tell me they’re going to be around my house and they give me a report when they are done, that is why I give you the score that I did you’re more the most professional company that I ever dealt with
I felt that the two servicemen were very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. However, I was told that a supervisor would be calling to look over the damage and see if it may be covered under my plan. That was almost two weeks ago and still I have heard nothing!
Randy, the technician, is always thorough, pleasant, professional, & competent. He always takes care of whatever pest issue or question I have with my house. With an employee like him, I am confident that my Terminix service is done correctly. He is an asset to your company.
