Jeff has been my pest inspector for years. He always gives me notice a couple days ahead so I can make sure I am home. He knows the area of concern in my house so I can just let him work. Even my cat likes him. This time he reminded me I should have a termite inspection and arranged for Jarad to contact me. Jared came out a few days later and did a very thorough inspection. Jared was equally professional, timely and courteous.

The first time they sprayed inside and outside our house, the a day or 2 later, our basement floor was covered it little bugs that were living in the walls and floors. I don't see live bugs, only dead. They do an amazing job.

My latest experience for an annual inspection was performed in a professional manner and thorough. The technician took his time, checked everything, as it should be, and answered questions. And I give a 9 because, I had to contact terminix a few times to ask questions about my contract (which is over 20 years as a customer), but sometimes, I questioned the people from the center who maybe give the answer I wish to hear, but may not be correct. And I have no option to confirm. I also asked to speak to a manager, and of course, it's always through a center and so far, have not received a call. But I want to really say, the technician who did last inspection takes pride in his work. Wish all of them would be the same.
