The Terminix technicians and field personnel are always well informed and helpful. I've been with them since 1998 and I've never met a technician or a field person that could not solve the problem that I had. I highly recommend Terminix as one of the best pest control services out there.

I am happy with the service. It is my vacation home in Florida, I had ants issue a year ago. I called Terminex for service, I haven't had customer complaining about any bug issues over the last year. I will continue using the service.

You have inspected my property regularly. When termite dusting is found the necessary protocol has been taken to correct the problem....most often spot treatments and when necessary tenting the home.

Our tech ( I believe it is Devon) notifies us before he’s coming and when he leaves by sending me a text. I can let him know about any concerns. I especially liked that he found an outside leak by my foundation last time he was here. He photographed the leak and sent it to us in the report. Now we can deal with it. He seems to be thorough, as we are not bothered by pests.
