I have had Terminix service for at least 20 years. My last experience, annual check of termite baiting was a challenge. Had two no-show appointments. I was concerned about the credibility of the service technician. HOWEVER, when Raphael did show up, his service was great and would love for him to do my annual check-ups each year. It appears that the problem was that the home office did not have the correct address for him. I found that very strange as I have no problem getting invoices at my current address. In the end, problem solved and look forward to continued service.
