I have the best Terminex guy there is Sean Allen Sean loves what he does and he is so incredibly good at it. He’s positive He’s grateful And always calls me ahead of time to let me know when he’s going to be there In the summer he sprays my patio area so that I can avoid the mosquitoes. It’s money well spent

I would recommend Terminix. Everyone they have had working here locally has been great. Would wish that they would send me a hard copy bill so I could renew for another year. Don't you do that anymore?

Our Termimix service technician does a thorough job each visit. He arrives on time and he is professional and courteous. He makes sure that our pests are controlled inside and outside of the house.

The agent that visited the home was extremely polite and worked with us closely to located all the traps. He also installed a couple new traps in the front of the house where the original traps could not be located. He was understanding and helpful. The reason for a 9 vs a 10 is basically due to the lack of communication by Terminix office. I have had previous communication (don't have that communication available) which advised me that there would be no visits to my property to inspect the bait traps, however the Terminix would still honor insuring my house against termites. That is why I never saw my bait traps looked at for years. When I asked about this to the agent that visited my house, he did not know anything about this. Therefore, i gave a 9 vs a 10 because of the confusion regarding visual inspections of the traps.

I have used Terminix in 4 states and have always been pleased with them. Shawn comes out every quarter to spray outside and if see any bugs after that I can call and he comes back and will spray again.
