My tech is always friendly, professional and courteous.

The agent (I think was Cummings?) communicated well and performed his job thoroughly.

They actually work to control the pests and are easy to communicate with. The technician has been the same for years and is someone I feel comfortable with and trust in and around my home. The mosquito pricing is much better than other companies.

Ron, who did our consultation was excellent. Very thorough and friendly. Taylor, who installed our prevention, was less pleasant. We were not home during the appointment, which we were told was ok. He left and apparently called but did not leave a message; the number showed as spam. I spoke to him the following day, after a slightly rude voicemail. He explained why he had to leave without performing the service the first day, my husband who met him the second day, and also commented on his rudeness. Taylor said he "puts people he doesn't like or are rude at the bottom of his service list" and was disappointed his colleague had taken care of said people that day. Weird oversharing and general poor attitude.

My Terminix man, Cody is great! Every time he comes, he asked me if I have any concerns or problems. I tell him what I have seen and where and he goes right to the problem. I truly appreciate his concerns and the fact that he listens to me. He goes out of his way to make sure that everything has been taken care. I would recommend Cody to anyone. He is a great asset to your company.
