Kassandra does a great job taking care of my house. I just have her treat the outside of my property and I haven't had any problems with spiders, wasps, ants or (termites that I'm aware of). I have so much stuff inside my house on the floor around my walls that the previous Terminix provider used to spray something up around my ceilings. I have a Cockatoo and I know it could give her respiratory problems or even lead to death if she breathes certain things. I have some mice inside my house and she previously left me some glue traps, but when I told her this last time that I still have mice, she left me some loaded bait traps which I appreciate very much. The previous guy used to leave me bait traps and they worked well .

Excellent service. Courteous srvice representatives that do their services on time and have excellent work ethics. They do a thurough job and if I have any issues at all they are taken care of immediately. I would like to recognice service representative Steven Riley. Steven always shows up on time. Is always courteous and lets me know he is here and what he is going to do at that service. He asks if I have any concerns or problems and if I do, he addresses them. He lets me know if he finds anything and what I can do to improve the property and lower the risks for pests. Steven is one of the best reps I have had from Terminix.

Because of multiple times being at my house, I STILL have roaches. They just hatched out new babies two days ago. I've had roaches 8 years and not one single pest company has fully gotten rid of them. But at least terminix comes out when I ask. They don't complain.
