Because Mr. Stone is an outstanding person to represent terminix. He’s the first one who comes to the house and does what he suppose to do. He’s the first one that’s done that.
Terminix runs on a good schedule no matter what service you are using. Very reliable and knowledgeable. While they are not the cheapest, they are very reasonable and definitely not the most expensive. They have been around long enough to be able to stand behind their protection. You don’t want the cheapest guy in town that won’t be around to stand by their contract.
They do a good job of keeping bugs at bay, but communication is not that good.
They use to call and let one know that they were coming and leave a card if no one was home so you knew someone was there. They don't do that anymore.
In fact, this last time, I didn't even know the man was here. I was working on my back porch and when I came inside, I heard a noise and he was filling his tank at my outdoor faucet. He got in his truck and left. I never saw him in the back yard.
He wrote on his report that no one was home!
Brandon was very pleasant and explained the process of checking bait traps and what the process was for changing bait and the current condition/activity identified in each. Great customer service
Eric is our technician and he is knowledgeable whenever we have questions. He is always very friendly and polite. He always keeps us up to date on our appointments and arrival times. He serves Terminix very well. The only issue we have at this time is not with Eric but with the Terminix continuing to increase our monthly fee.
Detrious McGuire did a wonderful job as he had to locate and then dig up almost every trap. It appears that previous "inspections" did not locate the traps as they were buried under grass and dirt growth. Det spent an enormous amount of time on his hands and knees trying to locate these traps.
I sincerely commend Det as went to an enormous amount of effort to fulfil the requirement to inspect EVERY trap. I witnessed all his efforts to inspect each and every trap.
Although, inspecting traps is not his normal duties and he did not have the requisite locator tool. he was on his hands and knees to find all of your traps.
