We have been very pleased with the personal service and attention we have been getting. The techs are great to work with and are always happy to answer any of our questions. They are the face of Terminex and do a great job of representing the brand!

I have always been able to get the service I needed promptly. HOWEVER, when Mason finished the exterior treatment of the house for mosquitoes, he said that it should kill all of them, preventing them from entering the house. He also said that if some do manage to get in, there is a spray that will kill the indoor mosquitoes, and he will return with it if needed. A few days later, I called the office to report that I am still being eaten alive and need him to come spray the interior, since the exterior treatment i still not keeping them out. I was told that nobody can come until July 1. This is not acceptable!! Had I known that it would be more than a week after I made the call, I would have called the same day he was here to schedule an immediate callback for him to bring the spray.

You accommodate my schedule. I appreciate the pre treatment notice in enough time for adjustments. Kidd is adaptable when he was here and took care of the hornet nests as well as treating the ants in my kitchen. I can enjoy both my kitchen and outside in peace. Thankyiu

John Ayers is the primary reason for staying with Terminix. John has consistly provided pest treatment whenever and wherever we are. Even during our time in a rental house when we temporarily transferred our contract during major water damage and rebuild of our home. Terminix provides a great product to prevent and deter termites, mosquitoes as well as general pest treatment. Terminix has also rid our home of rodents, much to the disappointment of our West High Terrier and Blue Heeler. Their lives became much more boring after.
