We have had Terminex for 41 years. The owners we bought our house from also had used Terminex, so we continued the contract. We have been more than satisfied all this time with their service. Also all their technicians that have been very friendly and helpful, giving us full written info every visit. I would recommend Terminex to anyone that wants excellent protection for their home.

Terminix is well worth the expense. Thanks to Terminix agents, who do such thorough jobs in examining my home inside and out, I found out that the front of my house needed repair and/or replacement. Due to Florida weather and temperatures, much of the wood in the structure of my house, built in 1978, had rotted or was heading in that direction. And, thanks to my wonderful handyman, who had a network of fellow craftsmen, he gave me the name and telephone number of a master carpenter, who was able to squeeze my house into his ever-growing list of projects. On another occasion, a rat managed to get its way into a kitchen wall. After yelping loudly when it scurried behind me in the kitchen to disappear into the hole it had created behind the refrigerator, I immediately contacted Terminix. Within two weeks, any sign of that rat had disappeared, and there has been nary a trace of any more such creatures. When I mentioned that this hot weather had brought tiny bugs in the kitchen around the sink, the Terminix agent immediately volunteered to put a special solution down the drain; no more bugs! The Terminix technicians have gotten to know me and my home. As a result, they are watchful and careful, making me feel safe in a more secure home. ~ Dr. Barbara Ferg-Carter

The technician that came to my house was excellent, he notified me 2 day ahead of his service day, he rang my doorbell bell to notify he was there. He uncovered and checked ever bate trap. He also installed 2 new bate traps in an area we had replaced a deck with a concrete patio. He communicated with me we he completed the service. He was excellent, I want him to do my service again next year!!
