We've successfully managed to keep rats and mice at bay with your help. Two areas were noted by you that need attention and we are focusing on them. I especially like it when you give us the same exterminator so we get to know him and he knows our property well. That has been inconsistent. Lately we've had Jose Hernandez who's been absolutely great.
