The inspector was extremely professional and friendly. Britt was very knowledgeable and easy to to understand with his recommendations. A+++ The reason I gave the score or 9 instead of 10 was because of the office staff. I called the office at least 3 times with questions or trying to set up an appointment. Every time I was given a different answer. A 9 was probably to generous but I couldn't leave a separate feedback for the office staff and the inspector.
