Terrence knows the property well and always targets the areas that tend to be problematic and he thoroughly covers the entire property. He communicates any concerns that he sees and we feel very well protected and since he has been our technician we have not had any issues.

I received a very thorough inspection of my home both inside and out. It was determined that I needed treatment for termites. At the same time I decided to enroll in the pest control program. The inspector and both of the technicians that serviced my home were very personable and very efficient. Additionally, the cost of the treatment was below previous bids I had received from another company.

Ian came out and gave us an honest, knowledgeable answer to our problem. Terminix was able to get someone out to my house the next day to start treatment so that no more damage was done. We also had pest control the very next day too and we were able to roll it all together to pay per month with no financing or interest.

I’ve had 2(3?) service visits since I added lawn care services with EverGreen. When we moved to Tx we reached out to EverGreen to mow grass and we’ve added other services along the way. There is no way I could be more impressed with the team, professional attitudes, open to my questions and gave understandable answers to the few questions I’ve asked. We recently signed service to the contract. When everything is completed…I am excited to see the final results.
