Prompt and efficient are the two words needed to describe the service from Terminix. Arthur Harris communicates through every step of the process, and he completes the work thoroughly. We have had the Terminix service for nearly 20 years. That should tell you what a top-notch company it is.

Jorge Colon provides my pest control service. He is absolutely outstanding. He is 10/10 and a pleasure to work with. What I do not like about Terminix is the short notice that is given before treatments or annual inspections. I would like at least a week's notice, instead of 24-48 hours. In addition, I do not like the way annual renewals get billed 3-4 months in advance of the actual renewal date. That seems extreme.
