Let me start by saying I dislike doing reviews. I hardly ever do them, despite all the follow up emails and texts requesting my opinion. HOWEVER, I have been meaning to do this one for a while. We have had the same technician, Jay Albin, for over 5 years now and I can’t tell you how that impresses me. Wow! A company that retains its employees must be doing something right. Jay is very conscientious about his work. He always does a thorough job and handles any request I might make (like not spraying the greenhouse side of my yard because a cardinal made her nest inside the greenhouse and I didn’t want to harm her or the babies) I happily endorse Terminex. Prior to the service, communication of date & time frame was prompt. The quarterly service was thoroughly inspected & observations/ findings were noted. A large wasp nest was noticed & removed above the eaves. We were glad to see the ext & location. He was outstanding!
