The primary technician who provides service to my home is Jay Albin. He is of course professional and efficient, but he is also so very kind and patient. He let's me know that he is beginning the service, and he let's me now when he has finished and is leaving. He is an excellent representative for Terminix.

We have had Termini’s Termite coverage for many years after a swarm was discovered in our hall bath. Every year Terminix examines our home ( under sinks and in the attics, baseboards and ceilings) for any signs. We have had no other sightings in all the years. It gives us a feeling of peace that our home is termite free. Thank you Terminix.

When I suspected, I had a problem, I called Terminix and they determined it was termites. The treatment they used was very successful. It eradicated the termites; that was more than 10 years ago so every year I have a termite inspection. I have not had any problems since the initial discovery. What they did really took care of the problem.

I have a routine schedule, when it's time, my service rep sends me a text, we coordinate an appointment, He arrives on the day, he lets me know he's here and asks about what I have seen. Tells me what he is going to do and then lets me know what he did in fact do and it's complete. The whole thing is very organized, simple and effective. I'm very happy with my Terminix service and my rep. I don't think it could be any better.

Kerry Johnson is a true professional. He takes care of our house, is careful with our dogs, locks our gates, and goes above and beyond every time! We have a wasp problem, and Kerry knocks them down to keep them away from our kids and others.
